Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Andrew Knapp, founder and Managing Owner of Platinum Plumbing Solutions.

I grew up in South Whitley, Indiana, and now call Columbia City home, where I live with my lovely wife, Amber, and our two beautiful  daughters, Olivia and Emma. Family is at the heart of everything I do. The values I was raised with—integrity, hard work, and doing what’s right—are the same values that guide my business today.

These principles were instilled in me by my grandparents, Rex and Kay. My grandfather taught me early on the importance of perseverance and never giving up when faced with a challenge. When I founded Platinum Plumbing Solutions, I knew I wanted to build a company rooted in those same beliefs.

With over 17 years of experience in plumbing and new construction, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several respected local companies. Along the way, I saw a need for something more — plumbing services that not only deliver quality work but also put people first.
